Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHBDD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHBDD1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RHBDD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHBDD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, READ, and UCEC are the cancer types where RHBDD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
