Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,650 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHBDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, LIG1, and TAF5. Each is linked with RHBDD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDD1 versus PRMT5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
