RHBDD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP10, C19orf71, and VPS33B. Each is linked with RHBDD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP10 grouped by RHBDD1-low versus RHBDD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
