RHBDD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, ERK2, and Heregulin. Each is linked with RHBDD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by RHBDD1-low versus RHBDD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
