Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,797 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHBDD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, Regulation of SREBP signaling pathway, and Membrane protein intracellular domain proteolysis. Each is linked with RHBDD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD1 results are reported.
