Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHAG mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHAG data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RHAG mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHAG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where RHAG mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
