RHAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,422 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC3A2, PPP6C, and BORA. Each is linked with RHAG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHAG-to-partner and partner-to-RHAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC3A2 grouped by RHAG-low versus RHAG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
