Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHAG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,087 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHAG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of translational initiation, Regulation of neurofibrillary tangle assembly, and Monosaccharide transmembrane transport. Each is linked with RHAG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHAG-to-partner and partner-to-RHAG results are reported.
