RHAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L5, GPR42, and TGM6. Each is linked with RHAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHAG-to-partner and partner-to-RHAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L5 grouped by RHAG-low versus RHAG-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
