RGS9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,854 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABHD10, MAP2, and MAP2_S1155. Each is linked with RGS9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS9 versus ABHD10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
