Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 764 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SEPTIN3, and TCF20. Each is linked with RGS9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS9 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
