RGS9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,469 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAAL1, FAM107A, and IQGAP3. Each is linked with RGS9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 grouped by RGS9-low versus RGS9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
