The most reproducible RGS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, JNK_pT183_Y185, and ATM. Each is linked with RGS9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9 results are reported.
