Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,331 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Cell division, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with RGS9 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9 results are reported.
