Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS9 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,146 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC45A2, LARP4B, and CDH19. Each is linked with RGS9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS9-to-partner and partner-to-RGS9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC45A2 grouped by RGS9-low versus RGS9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
