Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGS7BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGS7BP data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RGS7BP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGS7BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RGS7BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
