Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS7BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,470 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS7BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF180, FAT4, and MPDZ. Each is linked with RGS7BP in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7BP-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7BP results are reported.
