Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS7BP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,658 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS7BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, SOX10, and SLC16A8. Each is linked with RGS7BP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7BP-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7BP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS7BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS7BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
