Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS7BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 565 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS7BP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with RGS7BP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS7BP-to-partner and partner-to-RGS7BP results are reported.
