RGS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,414 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, SVIL_S467, and THY1. Each is linked with RGS4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS4-to-partner and partner-to-RGS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS4 versus SULF1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
