Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, AMPK_pT172, and C-Raf. Each is linked with RGS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS4-to-partner and partner-to-RGS4 results are reported.
