Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, CST9, and MRGPRG. Each is linked with RGS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS4-to-partner and partner-to-RGS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by RGS4-low versus RGS4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
