Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,036 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS3, CLIC6, and WDR19. Each is linked with RGS22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS22-to-partner and partner-to-RGS22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS22 versus SORBS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
