Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,727 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS22-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, ANKRD54, and CCDC134. Each is linked with RGS22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS22-to-partner and partner-to-RGS22 results are reported.
