RGS22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5IF1, MIS18A, and SHMT2. Each is linked with RGS22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS22-to-partner and partner-to-RGS22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5IF1 grouped by RGS22-low versus RGS22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
