Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS22-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and ASNS. Each is linked with RGS22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS22-to-partner and partner-to-RGS22 results are reported.
