Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,083 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, and Protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with RGS22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS22-to-partner and partner-to-RGS22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal grouped by RGS22-low versus RGS22-high in LUNG_SCLC.
