RGS22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS22-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11, H2BC1, and H2AC1. Each is linked with RGS22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS22-to-partner and partner-to-RGS22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC11 grouped by RGS22-low versus RGS22-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
