RGS20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS20-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Ku80, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RGS20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS20-to-partner and partner-to-RGS20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by RGS20-low versus RGS20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
