Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGS19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGS19 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RGS19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGS19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where RGS19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
