Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,314 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are VNN2, PLEK, and SAMSN1. Each is linked with RGS19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS19-to-partner and partner-to-RGS19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS19 versus VNN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
