Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR16-1, RNA5SP319, and RNU6-601P. Each is linked with RGS19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS19-to-partner and partner-to-RGS19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR16-1 grouped by RGS19-low versus RGS19-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
