RGS17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RGS17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS17-to-partner and partner-to-RGS17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by RGS17-low versus RGS17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
