RGS17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,955 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV1, MTRF1L, and NEDD4. Each is linked with RGS17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS17-to-partner and partner-to-RGS17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS17 versus ETV1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
