RGS13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,793 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L2, KANK2_S375, and PSMB6. Each is linked with RGS13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS13-to-partner and partner-to-RGS13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS13 versus EPB41L2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
