Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS13-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F15 and CXorf51B. Each is linked with RGS13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS13-to-partner and partner-to-RGS13 results are reported.
