Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGS10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGS10 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RGS10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGS10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RGS10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
