Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,995 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGAP9, and SAMHD1. Each is linked with RGS10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS10-to-partner and partner-to-RGS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS10 versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
