Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7P4, SOX5P1, and RNU6-169P. Each is linked with RGS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS10-to-partner and partner-to-RGS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN7P4 grouped by RGS10-low versus RGS10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
