Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, PCNA, and N-Ras. Each is linked with RGS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS10-to-partner and partner-to-RGS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by RGS10-low versus RGS10-high in UCEC.
