The most reproducible RGS10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formate biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of stem cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with RGS10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS10-to-partner and partner-to-RGS10 results are reported.
