Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,940 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM9SF1, ABHD4, and CDCA7. Each is linked with RGS10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS10-to-partner and partner-to-RGS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS10 versus TM9SF1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
