The most reproducible RGS10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Negative regulation of leukocyte activation, and Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway.
