Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,516 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Negative regulation of leukocyte activation, and Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with RGS10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS10-to-partner and partner-to-RGS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress grouped by RGS10-low versus RGS10-high in BONE.
