RGR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CES3, GHRHR, and CSPP1. Each is linked with RGR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGR-to-partner and partner-to-RGR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CES3 grouped by RGR-low versus RGR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
