RGPD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,397 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC2HC1A_S223, EIF4G3_S232, and HSP90AA1_S263. Each is linked with RGPD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD3-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGPD3 versus ZC2HC1A_S223 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
