RGPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER2_pY1248, PRAS40_pT246, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RGPD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD3-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER2_pY1248 grouped by RGPD3-low versus RGPD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
