Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAK5, TCF21, and PAX1. Each is linked with RGPD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD3-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAK5 grouped by RGPD3-low versus RGPD3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
