RGPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,341 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF11, PSMA3-AS1, and PAXBP1. Each is linked with RGPD2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD2-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
