Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGMB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGMB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RGMB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGMB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where RGMB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
