RGMB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGMB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,262 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGMB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM2, TRIM2_S428, and UNC13D. Each is linked with RGMB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMB-to-partner and partner-to-RGMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGMB versus TRIM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
